THE FUTURE IS NOW: Three times a year, amazing volunteers and a few Children's Ministries staff members create and build an entirely new set at Northland at Longwood for the skit performances used weekly to teach kids about the Bible. This year's futuristic set was designed and cut by eighteen-year-old volunteer, Keith Longstaff, and installed by a multitude of capable and generous hands. All the hard work was worth it — children now get to "blast off" into the Bible, engaged and entertained while learning and growing in Christ.

Make a Difference

Speaking of Children's Ministries…there is still an immediate and urgent need for volunteers. New classrooms must be open to accommodate the expanding number of children, so there is a need for more teachers and helpers.

Calling All Women!

Conversations is a new quarterly gathering for all Northland women designed to provide opportunities for encouragement and connection through discourse and shared stories. Becky Hunter will be sharing some of her own stories with the group at the first meeting next Friday, January 30 from 7 to 9 p.m. in the Rink at Northland at Longwood.

An Easy Way to Get Connected

Can you believe it? We're about to enter Week 3 of the BELONG study (available online here) already!

Week 3 delves into what it means to belong to each other in Christ. What better way to put that lesson into practice than to consider joining a BELONG Connection Group? It's a group of 8-20 participants meeting weekly at Northland or at various places around the city to discuss what God is teaching you through the study.
