For the past 10 years ...

... the Northland congregation has read together through daily devotionals written to complement the weekend sermons. The vision for these devotionals came from the elders, who saw them as a timely tool to bring both spiritual growth and unity to a diverse and growing congregation.

Beginning January 1, there is an exciting new vision from the elders that is being implemented – the next steps in Northland's spiritual equipping. In compliance with this vision, Northland's resources are being directed toward the creation of Bible, Theology, and Christian Living materials for our congregation and for believers and churches around the world.

In the absence of the devotional in the newspaper and the daily Evotional, some of you may be looking for new tools to use for your daily devotions. Starting in January, we hope you'll join us online for the 4-week "Belong" study, which will lend itself well to a daily devotional time. From February 25 through April 12, during the Lenten season, we invite you to participate in another online study on Christian Disciplines that will also be a great daily devotional tool. Both of these studies will also be available on DVDs you can purchase for a nominal fee at Northland's bookstore. And while you're there, check out the many devotional books our bookstore has to offer.
